Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're prorated. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I hit my job limit on Starter?
You'll get an alert at 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. At the limit, new job submissions are paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to Pro.
Do I need to set up anything for the AI dispatch to work?
No setup beyond adding your technicians and their skills. The AI uses that information to match jobs automatically. Most contractors are dispatching their first job within 10 minutes of signing up.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
No contract. Cancel anytime from your account settings. On annual plans, there are no refunds for the remaining months — but the 14-day trial gives you time to be sure before you commit.
